    Normally I like to be away from it all but with breathtaking view like this of stunningly exquisite architecture, the city seems very inviting.

    Brings back memories. Can't believe I was once on that bridge buying a brooch for my mom in one of the little shops. Lovely pictures.

    I've always wanted to visit Florence. But I swear, my pictures don't turn out like yours. You must have one of those super duper cameras.

      it is not the camera..it is the eye.
      half were probably taken with my Canon point and shoot..the other half with my new Olympus Micro Four Thirds..and a few with my phone.

    Italy is my favorite country to visit. Your photos made me realize it is time for another return visit. I cannot believe how fabulous the Baptistry doors now look. I have a very small replica on my mantel. Happy Thanksgiving!
