Happy Birthday Bandit!!

Yes, the other night was Bandit's 5th Birthday...

although as his mom will tell you, he is still a puppy at heart. 

So we had a little party! 

There was cake of course...

..and the birthday boy had a special hat.
Ours were plain. 
Yes, we all wore hats!

..here are some of the gifts he received.
He LOVES toys. 

..and I think he might already have a favorite! 

The boys, Sammy in the front and Benny 
in the back,
had a good time, 

then jumped in the car to head on home.

Out and About on the 4th of July

Happily, the poor boys..and the rest of us...got invited over to some friends who have a house, with A/C, on the 4th.

Look at how well behaved they are in the car!

Surprise..Another Doggie!

First there was Bandit.

And then when he went back to school,

There came Sammy.

But when Bandit was gone, Sammy was lonely.

So now there is Benny!!

Yes, the bro and sil have rescued yet another doggie. He is a puppy, who was rescued from some really dreadful circumstances. He is a mix of cocker spaniel and..maybe poodle, maybe Bichon.
He is a sweet feller, a bit shy and timid around people..but he loves to chase Bandit...lol!

I'll sit here under the chair, and the plant, where no one can see me...
