Love your pictures...we were just looking at Maine's map last week trying to draw out a weekend trip to see several of the ones we have. We're looking at leaf-peeping time, but probably will need to make B&B reserves here soon. THanks for inspiring me to get going.
Reminds me of Vermont...and the smell of apples...and the brisk breeze on my face...and snowflakes sticking to my nose and eyelashes...and hot buttered rum...and... Thanks for the memories. Great shots.
I love these pictures. Those covered bridges are great. I did spend last weekend in the lovely Pennsylvania and Ohio countryside, but I guess I was nowhere near these. Unfortunately everytime I go, I see most of Pennsylvania from Route 80 :(.
Where is Meryl and Clint? I think covered bridges are on the same level as lighthouses. People just love them and seek them out. In Southern Indiana, they have a covered bridge festival each fall. I'd love to get back here during that time.
