I like the cow :)And the tombstones put me in the mood for a good ghost story!
It's a pity that the cow doesn't stand on the graveyard, lol !
Each monuments. Very lovely. Thanks for visiting my blog today.
Super in B&W -- nice job. Each with its own mood.
I looked at the first picture and thought, "wow, that stone looks like a cow." The pictures are fantastic!
I think that cow is trying to blend in.
Beautiful!!
I love stones and rocks of all kind.
These are great; i love black and white photos.
Oh wow...how interesting!Enjoy your Wednesday!http://harrietandfriends.com/2010/03/year-easter-hear-eggs-wild/
Nice photos. In the first photo, the cow looks lonely. Poor cow.
I believe there were other cows nearby...yeah...sure...other cows, really close. ;-)
love the b&w . . . and the cow! great shots
Great pictures!My entries:Moms... Check Nyo Yummy-as-can-be
Is this more from Ireland? It reminds me of my trip to Scotland. Lovely!
yes Beth, they are both from Ireland! The cow is from Connamara, in Co. Galway and the graves are from the family plot in Co. Cork.
They are both loves and the latter is very intriguing but think I prefer the former unmarked where countless life forms have undoubtedly passed away over the eons.
I really like these: that cow is so still it almost looks like it's stone-cast.
Oh the Norman names on those man made stones. What a beautiful place. Love the shots.
I LOVE the black & white photos! Very apt actually, because cows are about a smart as a boulder.
Sandy C...yes, we are Normans...long, long ago Normans.Sandy N...that cow may not be smart, but it is cute. In a dull sort of bovine way.
i like cemeteries. there are lots of smells in them...wonder why? ; )
Great monochrome shots, I really like them both. The lighting and textures in the second are my favorite however.
I LOVE the first photo!
