    Wonderful pictures! I've tried to take a picture of the ceiling in Union Station but it never turned out that good! And it would never have occurred to me to take the metro picture, but it's beautiful!!!

    Hmmm...I was going to post the Metro one alone..it is my favorite but then I liked the other a lot too..lol

    I think the Metro is full of great photo opportunities, but then so is all D.C.
    Sukhmandir Kaur, you are so right. all the beautiful buildings and monuments in Washington..you wonder if anything like this could/would be built again.

    the metro in dc is really beautiful. whenever I go to other cities and ride the metro, I have to remind myself it's not going to be as pretty (or clean!) as dc!
