These are gorgeous shots. About 10 years ago on business I had the opportunity to drive the Blue Ridge Mountain Route in WV in October. It was breath taking.
I had 5 days to drive about the 450mile lenght of the Parkway..but i stopped so often, saying "wow, that is pretty" and taking pictures that I wish I had another week..or a month.
Wonderful photos, Caite. The waterfall is beautiful. My hubby and I drove some of Virginia's Blue Ridge Parkway called Skyline Drive just this past weekend. the mountains look very similiar.
So beautiful and so jealous. Both times we've been in the area we weren't able to make it part of our drive...really horrible onramp for the length of our truck and 5th wheel. One day!

ReplyDeleteMy in-laws live close to the Blue Ridge Parkway and we rarely visit it. Your pictures make me wonder why.
