Fun shots from Disney. I went to Disney World once with my daughter when she was growing up and had more fun than I thought I would. I had resisted going for a long time but she was around 12 when we went and it was fun. Hard to believe that was almost 13 years ago.
Fun, Fun, Fun!! I still love Disney after all these years!! And when we were little, watching "Wide World of Disney" on Sunday nights was the treat of the week - and we got to have a fun dinner and eat on TV trays!! :))
Love it!! I still remember my first trip to Disneyland in 1956 when I was 8 years old. Going to Disneyland became even more exciting than Christmas when I was a kid!
That Disney exhibit, the first picture, is really very cool. I went into it as a way to pass the time before I had a pass to ride something, and ended up almost missing my window because I was so taken with the story.
I think in some future month, I'm going to do a feature on a variety of Disney books. Stay tuned.
This is why a Disney park is so superior to the harry Potter park -- Disney is always adding new stuff like the Toy Story parade float, while potter is complete so they won't have much opportunity to add new attractions, unless someone finally does design working wands or invisibility cloaks.
Sandy, I had the exact same experience with that exhibit! Can you say Toy Story? So I just came back and did the whole exhibit again when I could really spend the time..fascinating... fascinating man...who created a fascinating world.
Walt Disney was a creative genius -- no doubt about it! I love that first picture.
Thanks for stopping by my blog. For more pictures of the sea, you may want to check out Seaside Saturday. It's a new feature, where I post photos of the Maine Coast every Saturday.
