    I look that first one out the window of my car, after the last snow, driving down a dirt road that goes across the marsh, down to open water.

    Both shots are awesome, but the first one is more unusual, with the snow on the sea grass. Also the horizontal plane lines broken by the upward thrusts of the stalks. Nice job!!

    actually, that view faces east, from the mainland toward the barrier islands, so they were taken at sunrise, on a snowy day.
