    Beth, one is Ambajejus Lake and one is Millinocket Lake...I think, but am not totally sure, in that order.

    we have big hills, but no mountains... I love the old barns. too many are falling into disrepair around here :(

    Those pictures are so peaceful. I especially love the barn and the last photo of the lake. Nothing soothes me like a view of the lake (and a book!). Thanks for visiting me!

    Beautiful! You are right. I have canoed the Allagash and many of the lakes in Maine. But the shore is special too!

    I haven't been to Maine in YEARS!! I don't remember seeing anything like these pics...pretty much just waterfront scenes. These pictures are just beautiful!!

    The field with the rolls of hay reminds me of my college. It's located in the middle of nowhere and surrounded by farmland.
