I have never thought about the war between good and evil---that's a very insightful answer. :)Matthttp://mattviews.wordpress.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8684061712648858453.post-80339760826235785992010-04-26T20:45:10.304-04:002010-04-26T20:45:10.304-04:00Gosh, that is a very big book Bandit!

The author lived in Auburn when we did and I had to read the book after I heard him speak.bermudaonionhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10726401178972099557noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8684061712648858453.post-74394783332369133252010-04-26T06:51:33.679-04:002010-04-26T06:51:33.679-04:00You probably know this, but I have a little bit of...You probably know this, but I have a little bit of a WWII obsession. I enjoy a good versus evil thing too, which probably why I share your love for the crime thriller. But war? The best that you can get out of these books is hope, stories of the unsung heroes, and the potential to walk away with dignity. Do I read these to attempt to remember the mistakes we have made? To appreciate the history of my husband's family? Probably a mixture of all of that!Sandy Nawrothttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00564390728106776030noreply@blogger.com
